Partner Terms of Service for Agencies

Effective Date: 9/5/2024

We’re excited to help your agency grow with our streamlined design services. These terms outline how we work together, ensuring transparency and a smooth process from start to finish.

1. Payment Structure

  • For Services Over $500:
    • A $500 refundable deposit is required once you submit the project details and before the kick-off call.
    • After the kick-off call and final scope approval, the remaining balance will be invoiced and must be paid before significant work begins.
    • If the project is canceled before we start design work, the deposit is fully refundable. Once work begins, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
  • For Services Under $500:
    • Full payment is required upfront after the project is submitted.
    • Payments for services under $500 are non-refundable once work begins.

We believe this structure gives you flexibility while ensuring we’re both committed to the project from day one.

2. Revisions Policy

Each service includes up to two rounds of revisions—we get that sometimes tweaks are needed to hit the mark. If additional revisions are required, a flat fee will apply based on the type of change:

  • Minor Revisions (e.g., text, color adjustments): Starting at $50 per revision.
  • Major Revisions (e.g., layout changes, new sections): Starting at $150 per revision.

This helps us stay on schedule and ensures you’re getting the best value for your clients.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • For projects over $500, a full refund of the deposit is available only if the project is canceled before work begins.
  • Once design work starts, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Projects under $500 are non-refundable once work has commenced.

We understand the importance of flexibility, but once we’ve begun dedicating time and resources, we’re all in.

4. Project Timelines & Communication

We like to keep things organized and efficient, so here’s how we do it:

  • All communication and project tracking will happen via Wrike—this is where you’ll find project updates, timelines, and milestones.
  • After your project is initiated, you or your clients can upload assets directly into Wrike, keeping everything centralized and easy to manage.

Our goal is to keep you in the loop and on track with your client deadlines.

5. Service Details & Deliverables

Our services are designed to meet your agency’s needs, whether you’re working on a simple landing page or a complex multi-page site. Each project includes:

  • Starter Website Design: 1 custom page, mobile optimization, basic SEO setup, and two revision rounds.
  • Advanced Website Design: Up to 5 custom pages, e-commerce setup, advanced SEO, mobile optimization, and two revision rounds.
  • Graphic Design & Social Media Services: Custom designs with transparent pricing and timelines, ensuring your clients get top-notch visuals that fit their brand.

We’ll always be clear on what’s included upfront, and any additional requests will be discussed before we proceed.

6. Intellectual Property & Branding

We understand that your agency might prefer to maintain full control over client relationships and branding. Here's how we handle it:

  • White-Label Services: If requested, we’ll work behind the scenes. You’ll retain full credit for the work, and all branding will remain under your agency.
  • When transitioning or for selected projects, we’re happy to include our branding (if desired), giving both your agency and ours credit for the collaboration.

We’re here to support your growth while respecting how you want to present the work.

7. Project Management & File Uploads

  • We use Wrike for all project management, ensuring smooth communication and tracking of project stages.
  • After project creation, your team or clients can easily upload all necessary assets (e.g., logos, copy, images) directly through Wrike.

This system keeps everything organized, so nothing gets lost in email chains.

8. Subscription Model (If Applicable)

For agencies needing ongoing services, our subscription model provides flexibility and cost savings:

  • Monthly Deliverables: Each subscription includes a set number of deliverables, agreed upon in advance.
  • Cancel Anytime: You’re free to cancel anytime, but please note there are no refunds for services already rendered during the current billing cycle.
  • Additional Requests: If you need extra work beyond the subscription, it will be billed separately at a discounted rate.

This model ensures you’re covered for regular design needs while allowing room for flexibility.

9. Scope & Changes

We’re committed to delivering top-tier work within the agreed scope. If your project’s needs evolve (it happens!), we’ll assess the impact on timelines and costs, ensuring that both sides are clear before proceeding with additional work.

Any scope changes will be handled with transparency, and additional costs will be discussed and approved before implementation.

10. Partner Pricing & Transparency

Our pricing is designed to give agencies like yours the flexibility and margins you need to grow. Partner rates offer significant savings while ensuring high-quality results for your clients.

Here’s how we keep it fair:

  • Starter Website Design: $1,000 (Partner Price: $500)
  • Advanced Website Design: $4,500 (Partner Price: $2,500)
  • Graphic Design & Social Media: Custom pricing based on project scope and requirements.
